Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Care Coordinators-Cumberland, Camden, Essex, Monmouth, Middlesex and Mercer Counties

The Care Coordinator conducts behavioral health and substance abuse assessments and treatment referrals.

Must hold a Master's in counseling, social work or related field. LPC, LCADC or LCSW with co-occurring experience strongly preferred or documented evidence that a license will be obtained in the next year. Must have a minimum of two years co-occurring disorder experience and extensive applied knowledge of The ASAM Criteria, 3rd Ed. and the DSM 5.

A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field will be considered for positions located in Essex and Camden Counties only. CADC is required. Must have a minimum of five years co-occurring disorder experience and extensive applied knowledge of the DSM 5 and The ASAM Criteria, 3rd Ed.

Assistant Care Coordinators-Robbinsville, Clifton, Cherry Hill and Newark-Full and part-time available

The Assistant Care Coordinator is responsible for processing referrals, arranging assessment schedules, coordinating services and performing administrative tasks. This is a nonclinical position. 

Must possess basic clerical skills and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and familiarity with the Internet, ability to manage complex schedules, high school diploma or equivalent. Work experience or volunteer service in the addictions field is a plus. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

We will also consider part-time employees at 16 hours per week. Benefits are unavailable for part-timers currently.
